04 · SCHEDULE
Every day, every N hours, on business days or by a cron expression; each import is logged and can be re-run.

Monitoring

Each active connector is checked regularly: server reachable, credentials accepted, folder present.
A failure is reported in the application and in “My day”, with the reason in plain words.
Files already read are skipped, files still being uploaded are picked up on the next run, rejected files are listed.
If the SFTP server key changes, imports are suspended until you confirm.

Bank operations, supplier invoices, customer invoices, bills payable and receivable — each with its module.

For invoices: those no longer in the file are settled automatically.

A connector is exported and imported as XML, to reproduce it from one company to another.
