Cheques and LCN, from the leaf to the debit.
Keep your books leaf by leaf, print cheques and LCN on your bank's paper, and track each instrument through to the debit or the collection.
The journey of an instrument, from the leaf to the debit.
- 01 · BOOKS
A first number and a number of leaves are enough; Tresoria then proposes the next free leaf.
- 02 · SPECIMEN
Once per bank, aligned to the scan of a blank leaf, with a printable preview to check.
- 03 · ISSUE
Print a cheque from a supplier invoice or a book, or issue an LCN; Tresoria first checks that the account covers the instrument at its date.
- 04 · TRACK
Cheques outstanding, cashed or unpaid; bills remitted, deferred or debited; instruments received remitted to the bank with a slip.
Tresoria fills in your bank's paper.
- LCN on the standard Bank Al-Maghrib template (200 × 105 mm), with no ink on the magnetic line or the signature area.
- Amount in words on the cheque, in French or Arabic; in French on the LCN.
- Single leaf, on A4 or Letter, every element adjustable.
- Crossed cheque and “non-endorsable” mention as an option.

Remittance slips
For collection or discounting: the net amount is calculated — interest charges, commission, VAT — and the discount line limit is checked.
Unpaid items
The rejection reason is chosen from a list, then you re-present the instrument, request a new settlement or send a formal notice.
Defer or replace
A new due date with its reason, or replacement with a new bill of exchange or a cheque.
