Law 09-08 in a nutshell
Law 09-08, enacted in 2009 and supervised by the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la Protection des Données à caractère Personnel), frames the collection and processing of personal data in Morocco. It requires explicit purpose, consent, limited retention, right of access and rectification, and secure processing.

The formalities with the CNDP will be completed as soon as Tresoria is registered, and their reference published on this page.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or its deletion, or object to its processing on legitimate grounds. Write to contact@tresoria.ma: response within 30 days. You may also refer the matter to the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).
