Payment terms, met and declared.
Track your supplier payment terms against Law 69-21, be warned before each legal due date and prepare each quarter's declaration.
From invoice received to the quarter's declaration.
- 01 · SET UP
Indicate whether the company is subject to the fine and its revenue bracket. Default term of 60 days, up to 180 days by written agreement.
- 02 · DOCUMENT
Upload each supplier's signed payment term agreement; a second member verifies it, and the agreed term only applies while it is valid.
- 03 · GET WARNED
Each invoice to pay is flagged in My day and in notifications before its legal due date, then on the day itself.
- 04 · DECLARE
The quarter lists invoices paid late or unpaid, with the estimated fine, and is exported as Excel, PDF or CSV.

- Average payment period, weighted by amount.
- Compliance rate: invoices paid on time out of invoices due.
- Outstanding by supplier: payable, overdue, paid late.
