Payments arbitrated, signed, and tracked.
Choose what goes out this week, prepare your transfer orders, have them signed and send them to your bank — then track them through to the statement.
The journey of a payment order.
- 01 · ARBITRATE
Payment arbitration proposes, within today's envelope, the payments to make in order of priority, overdue ones first.
- 02 · PREPARE
The lines of an order come from a supplier invoice, a committed operation or a free entry, each paid to the payee's registered RIB.
- 03 · SIGN
Each signatory approves with a 6-digit code received by e-mail, order by order or in bulk.
- 04 · SEND
The order goes out as a PDF by e-mail to the branch, or is handed over in person or uploaded to the bank's portal. Tresoria never issues the transfer itself.
No order goes out without a signature.
- An approval workflow specific to each company: preparation, approval, then second approval above a threshold you set.
- Whoever prepares an order never signs it.
- Dated delegations capped in amount.
- A new or changed RIB is verified by a second member and can be blocked for 48 h before any payment.

Priorities and envelope
Priorities P1 to P4 — non-negotiable, business continuity, negotiable, deferrable — and a mandatory reason if the selection exceeds the envelope.
Balance before and after
The order record shows the paying account's balance, the other pending orders and the balance after all orders, against the overdraft authorisation.
Anti-fraud checks
Lock the payee of a line taken from an invoice and be warned of a RIB different from the last one paid.
